Harmanjot Singh Gill
Mr. Harmanjot Singh Gill is an Advocate practicing before the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, and various Tribunals, Judicial Forums and Statutory Authorities across North India. He presently serves as Senior Panel Counsel for the Government of India, with significant expertise in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Service Matters, Land Acquisition, Infrastructure Litigation, Arbitration and Regulatory Disputes. He has represented and advised the Government of India, the Union Territory of Chandigarh, the Indian Army and Indian Air Force, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), Central Government Ministries, Universities, Statutory Bodies and Public Sector Undertakings before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Beyond his legal practice, he has engaged in international policy, governance and diplomacy initiatives, including the Ship for World Youth Leaders Programme of the Government of Japan and an Indo–Sri Lanka bilateral dialogue on “Youth for Sovereignty, Human Rights and Democracy.”
